The Sinometer KT8301A is a professional fully featured digital multimeter as well as a LCR meter, you can use it to measure AC/DC voltage as low as 200mV and current as low as 200uA, also it gives you true RMA reading while measuring AC voltage and current. Better yet, this DMM is also a LCR meter, you can use it to measure resistance up to 2000 Mohms, inductance from 200uH to 20H, capacitance from 2nF to 200 uF.
