Kaito KA11 Pure Digital Shortwave AM FM Stereo Portable World Radio Receiver

The Kaito KA11 is a portable radio that boasts AM, FM, and shortwave coverage ranging from 5.8 to 18.1 MHz. This radio is equipped with a digital frequency display, as well as a clock and timer. Its backlit LCD display ensures easy readability. The device also offers 1000 nonvolatile memories, with direct frequency entry supported by the keypad. The battery compartment, located on the rear panel, can hold two AA cells (not included). The left side of the radio features a Local/DX switch and external antenna jack. Additionally, the built-in clock and timer can be set to either 12 or 24 hour format, and the sleep timer can be set for 1 to 99 minutes. Users also have the option to customize the AM band tuning step to either 9 or 10 kHz. The FM mode can be switched between stereo and mono, and there is a mini external antenna jack for FM and SW channels.
