Kaito Extended Warranty - 1 Year

This is for extended warranty for our product for 1 year from the purchase date.  Please email the S/N or order number of the product after you make the purchase to Jason@kaitousa.com. Please note that you will need to cover the shipping cost to send the item back to us for warranty service. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it for you. However, the warranty does not cover physical damage or issues caused by improper use or storage, such as exposure to water, heat, or other damage.
